Cancellation & Refund Policy

3-Day Right of Cancellation (CROA Requirement)
Per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract with CreditLift AI within 3 business days from the date you signed up, without any charge or obligation.
How to Cancel
- Within 3 days: Email support@creditlift.ai with subject "Cancel — 3-Day Right" for a full refund with no questions asked.
- After 3 days: Cancel anytime from your Dashboard > Billing page or email support@creditlift.ai. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
- Within 3-day cancellation period: Full refund, no exceptions.
- After 3 days: No prorated refunds for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Tradeline purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee if the tradeline fails to report to the credit bureau within 45 days of purchase.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Active dispute letters already sent will continue their investigation cycle (30 days per FCRA).
- Your credit report data and dispute history will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
- You can export your dispute letters and coaching plan before cancellation.
