Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, you are not required to purchase our services to exercise this right.

  • You have a right to a free copy of your credit report from AnnualCreditReport.com.
  • You have a right to dispute inaccurate information on your own at no cost.
  • No one can legally remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report.
  • You have a right to cancel this contract within 3 business days from the date of signing.
  • CreditLift AI cannot guarantee specific credit score improvements.

1. Services

CreditLift AI provides automated credit report analysis, dispute letter generation, score monitoring, and credit coaching. We help you identify and dispute potentially inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete information on your credit reports with the credit bureaus and/or data furnishers.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, credit score increase, or removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results vary based on individual credit history and the accuracy of disputed information.

3. Right to Cancel

Per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty within 3 business days of signing. No services will be performed and no fees will be charged during this cancellation period. To cancel, contact us at support@creditlift.ai.

4. Fees

Subscription fees are charged monthly after the 3-day cancellation period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Per CROA Section 404(b), we do not charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration before the service is fully performed.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal information, including your Social Security Number for credit bureau identification purposes only. You authorize CreditLift AI to act on your behalf in communicating with credit bureaus regarding disputed items.

6. Data Security

Your Social Security Number and other sensitive data are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. We never store unencrypted SSNs or share your personal data with third parties except as required to perform the services described herein.
